How Do I Download My Contacts To Outlook?

I have a Samsung S7 and need to download my contacts to Outlook. My phone is synced with exchange but my existing contacts on my phone do not show up on my lap top. New contacts I add on my lap top do sync to my phone.

export the files as a csv file, then import into outlook contacts.
