How can I make the caller contact picture come up larger then a dime sized picture in a circle on galaxy S8?.

I thought with the upgrade from Galaxy S5 to Galaxy S8 that everything would be improved. My caller contact photos have gone from a large size to a dime sized photo in a circle. Without ordering outside of verizon  services is there a way to change the size of the caller contact photo on incoming calls?

try a larger format pic.   35kb up to 3meg
