I have a new S7 and have downloaded ringtones, however even when I found them i cannot figure out how to set them as either my ringtone or to customize them to a specific contact? Help?

The ringtones need to be located in the Ringtones folder in the phone's internal memory. Then with the contact open, Edit the contact, scroll down to Ringtone (you may need to tap More if you don't see Ringtone), tap it, then choose the desired ringtone,

Make sure your downloaded tones are with the other ones.
Phone/Contacts/Edit (upper right)/More/scroll down to Ringtone. It probably says Default right now. Tough it to see your list.
