I have an active line on Verizon but recently I had two lines which one I cancelled and it was a Samsung galaxy s7. I'm trying to GIVE this phone to my cousin but she has a different carrier and it won't let me because her SIM card isn't from Verizon. Is there any way I can get this PUK from Verizon?

The screenshot and some of the description seems to be outdated. On the desktop version of My Verizon, if I hover over My Devices at the top and click it, then look at the section labeled Manage My Device, the link to MY PIN AND UNBLOCKING KEY(PUK) is toward the bottom. Once it's clicked, you should get a pop-up with the PUK.

We want to make sure that you can locate the PUK! You can follow the steps outlined here to view the PUK assosciated with the device through My Verizon: https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/manage-bua-online-htug/

The link has instructions that are wrong. They say to go to My Devices, then to My PIN and Unblocking Key (PUK). There is no such link under My Devices.
