How do I fix my problems with the email app?

I have so many email problems on my galaxy s6. First, it will randomly stop syncing for hours. I can't move items in trash back into my Inbox, there is no dropdown for that option, I can't create a new folder either. Its so annoying.

The stock e-mail app can be annoying.  You might try removing the e-mail account and adding it back.  If your ISP has its own e-mail app in the Play Store, you might try that, or try adding your e-mail account to the Gmail app.
