How do I turn down the volume on my ringback tone?

The ringback tones are only heard by the people calling you. The volume is likely controllable from their handsets.

Thanks Ann. But when I first downloaded the tone it was fine. Now it’s just way to loud. My husband tried to turn it down on his phone. It did not work. Can I uninstall it?

Thanks AmberF. But I went on YouTube and found the answer. I had another rep give me a link but it did not work either L But to answer your question, it was very loud and distorted L
