How can you check to see if Verizon turned down my phone signal. Long story short our phones keep connecting to our neighbors network extender. I gave verzon access to my phone to try and disconnect from the dern thing now we can't get 4g and it just sits on 1x. Thanks verizon! Nothing i see is turned off, air plane mode off. I keep network on global. This has been a nightmare. Both my wife and my phones are doing. Worked great until they touched it.
We understand how important it is to stay connected. Does this only happen while you're at home? If you travel down the street do you continue to have the same problem?
