I ordered a new Galaxy S22 online, and said I would return my S10 for credit. I received the S22 yesterday, but there were no instructions on how to return the S10.
May I take the S10 to a local Verizon store once I've wiped it? Is that the easiest way to guarantee the credit?
Or will Verizon reach out to me with instructions on how to return the S10?
