I have no ringtone on my Galaxy 7 and it's frustrating everything else is working
I am guessing that by no ring you mean no tone to indicate an incoming call.
You need to go into Settings and check Sounds and Vibrations. Make sure Sound Mode is set to Sound. Also check Volume and make sure the Ringtone indicator hasn't been accidentally silenced.
Oh no, I would be concerned if my ringtones were not working correctly HenryJr. Now just to clarify is your device not making any sounds when you receive a call or you don't have the option to change your ringtones for notifications?
