GINAS344, I never enjoy getting an error message, especially on your phone. To make sure that we get to the root of this issue, can you confirm that you in fact have a Samsung Galaxy S5? I only ask because this device does not work with anything that would be considered a module. If the device is the S5, let's have you power it up in Safe Mode.
