My phone will not turn on or off and has a message that says the module you've attached does not work with this phone
GINAS344, I never enjoy getting an error message, especially on your phone. To make sure that we get to the root of this issue, can you confirm that you in fact have a Samsung Galaxy S5? I only ask because this device does not work with anything that would be considered a module. If the device is the S5, let's have you power it up in Safe Mode. The steps to do so are here: http://spr.ly/65828iare If you're able to use the device for 24 hours in safe mode, you can restart the phone to disable safe mode. Let us know your results.
