I want to allow a restricted number to go through.

I used to get calls from this person with a restricted number, but now I cannot.  Phone does not even ring. It shows that I missed a restricted call.  How can I allow this call ?

That is a great question, and I can certainly take a look to see what options are available, as we want to make sure you receive all the calls you want to receive. Are you utilizing Smart Family, I ask as one of the options there is to block restricted calls? Have you also had a chance to check to see if the number is blocked itself, though this may not be what is going on, we always recommend to check this option, as sometimes numbers are pocket blocked by mistake.
