Since latest update when trying to access mobile data, I recieve message telling me to insert SIM card to access network services.
I am sorry to learn that you are receiving the error message about inserting the SIM card. How long has it been since you performed the software update? You mentioned when you are trying to access mobile data this happens, can you please clarify exactly what you’re doing?
This error occurred after the update that I performed this past Thursday night. I've already visit my local Verizon store. A new SIM did not fix my problem so they ordered a new phone. Just have to wait for it to be shipped.
