Added plan for call and text before going to Spain. Calls and text not working, shows no mobile network. What went wrong?

I definitely don't want your trip to be ruined because you're unable to use your phone. I know how important it is to be able to stay connected with family and friends while traveling outside the country.
I would need to take a look at your account to make sure the international dialing feature was added to the account before leaving the USA.
Have your tried rebooting the phone? This may help update the phone and pick up service in Spain if the account has the correct features. If you are still in Spain you can contact our Global support team at (908) 559-4899 for assistance. You can also follow me here and send a direct message with your name, mobile number, and billing password (or last 4 digits of your social security number if you don't have a password) so I can review your account.
