Hi. My S20+ will not automatically switch over to a Canadian tower when my domestic Verizon signal is very weak. I live in northern NY and we rely on the Canadian signal at times. If I change the network mode from Global to GSM I can manually find a Canadian network and connect with great service, but the phone will not do this automatically like it should. Please help.

We certainly want to offer you the best available options. Typically the device will want to use the domestic signal unless no service is present at all. Is Roaming "Allowed for All Trips" in the Settings?
