Having the phone reboot constantly is not something we want for you, JOHCOR14. When did it start happening? What specific error message do you get?
The problem started shortly after I got the phone but I didn't realize what
was occurring initially. It finally was shutting down about seven or eight
times a day and immediately rebooting. It seemed to occur randomly and one
day happened in the middle of two phone calls. There were other times that
it was sitting on my desk and just shut down and rebooted.
I spoke to Verizon and Samsung tech support and both were very helpful. The
Samsung rep suggested that I return the device immediately and try another
one which I did yesterday. All I can report after 24 hours is that "so far
so good". This is a problem that is presently showing up all over the
internet and the phone forums.
