Verizon, and customers.
I was a victim of the "kit kat" update, and now my phone cannot charge. I have (as I am typing this) had my phone on the charger at work for 4 hours, with no activity, and it has only charged from 45%-55%. Since I know this question is coming via verizon, I have:
Factory reset
New wall and car charger
New Battery.
I have spent at least $150 dollars on the new accessories, and NOTHING has worked.
I do currently use a "task killer" app on my phone also.
I am asking you, Verizon, what can be done. I plan on coming to a store but lately my work has not been cooperating with me.
I am not due for an upgrade for another year, I have been a customer for 4 years now, and honestly love Verizon coverage in my area.

I'd remove the task killer app.
