Anybody else having major issues after this latest update? 11/19/21. So far Microsoft Outlook and Duck Duck Go fail to launch. I click on links in Facebook and Instagram and nothing happens.
I just took that update a few days ago, and since then, myS21-5G won't turn off!
When I push the side button, it goes off for a second or so, then comes back on.
If the display times out, it goes off, then comes back on the same way!
I wish they'd warned me that it's a feature OR a bug!
Can I go back to v.10?
Our goal is for you to have a working phone, AlanFalk. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Systematically, we are not able to revert to previous software updates. Fibraplex, that is not something we like to read. We do want to make sure that all features are working since the update. Can you please provide me with more details. Are you having an issue with playing videos in a specific app? -Kevin
