I recently transitioned from a Motorola Droid RAZR to the Samsung Galaxy S5. There is A HUGE piece missing on the S5, focused on the Lock Screen!
On the RAZR, there was a slider for phone volume, allowing me to toggle between SILENT or VOLUME.
On the S5, I must unlock the phone, pull down the top menu and cycle through the Volume options.
As I dug through the options on the Lock Screen on the S5, there is an area for "Additional Information" but it is limited to "Weather" and "Pedometer". Is there a way to add the Volume toggle to this "Additional Information" or make it a requirement on the Lock Screen?

Ah, the differences among phones. While on the lock screen, press and hold the power button and you should see options to mute the phone or put it on vibrate.
