My phone continues to overheat and kick into cool down mode and I repeatedly get a message that "contacts" has stopped working. I am taking my phone in tonight to also investigate why the phone suddenly won't mount the SD card. Funny that I had issues after the last update and my service plan had to order not one, but TWO new phones because the first one they ordered wouldn't work with the update either. Now we get Lollipop and it comes with all these issues? I really enjoy reloading all of my apps because I have to do a factory reset on the phone to see if that helps.
