I have a Galaxy S6.
For about 3 months now my service goes from 4G LTE to 1x backup two 3-g down to 1x and I'm not even moving arround. Sometimes calls will be dropped. This happens inside and outside zip code 80521.
How can this be fixed

We are concerned to hear that you are having trouble with your service, but we will definitely look into this matter closer for you. Has there been any changes to your device such as a software update or any new apps? How far away do you have to be before you notice the signal begin to stabalize?
