Samsung 5s. Had it a year and half and no real issues til a week or two ago. Got a new sim card, changed the network to the other options, factory reset (grrr) and still won't budge off 3g. I have read many topics on this from a couple of years ago but nothing recently with an answer. What can I do? Seems like it is a phone problem. Need help!
