I got my S9+ last Monday the 12th.  Its way better than he 8+.  I love this phone.

In the short time you've had the S9, is there anything about it you don't like?

Not yet. I love this phone.  Haven't liked a new phone this much since the Droid X was released and I upgraded from a Blackberry......

Did you have the S8+? What is different from S8+ to S9+ the speed-battery life-Oreo-nugent? I know a lot of people that have the S7 edge and are wanting to upgrade from it but the only major difference I have read was the camera. Since you have owned this phone has it gotten any updates yet. I think this is going to be the big test on how this phone handles an update and how many problems comes with it.

I am so glad to see that someone is happy and loves their phone on here it has been to long since we seen a post like yours on here. I hope you stay happy and in love with this phone for as long as you own it.

Its much faster, battery life better, more responsive, best camera ever, screen much better quality. I like the changes with Oreo too. Just little stuff, but I like it.

Nope. Still love it. Had it since the 12th.  The smart switch is a great feature as well. put my screens and widgets back the way I had them including files. Loved the ease of switching over.

Were there instructions with the phone on how to transfer stuff from the old one to the S9?

Yes, it comes with a cable and adapter if your old phone is micro usb and not usb C like the 8, 9 and other newer phones. its very easy to do and there are instructions on how to do it.
