I know you love your new device just as I would, JRH 4054! I do want to make sure your content is saved and transferred as needed to your new phone. Just so that I provide the correct steps for you do you use the Verizon cloud service? We also have our content transfer application that can be used to move files over as well. Have you not read this thread? I don't have a new phone! I've been asking questions about the S9 in order to help in the decision as to get it or not.
