This must be an older thread. I got a new Google Pixel phone months ago, and all my texting issues went away. I was told by Verizon that it was a Samsung issue and nothing Verizon could do about it.
Staying in touch with others by texting, is a great way to communicate. Hearing that you've been experiencing issues with MMS texting for the past two years is not the experience we want for you. We apologize for your inconvenience. Let's work together to get this resolved.
May I ask which messaging app are you using? (e.g., Verizon Messages +, messaging app included with your device, or a third-party messaging app)
