It's not just him that is having the problem.  Lots of us are, but no solution from support.  I even did a factory reset and still get the error.

I wonder what the bugs are that need fixing.

As I reported this morning, I successfully installed Marshmallow, and I haven't noticed any bugs...yet.  Hmmm.... ?

I tried again about 1:30 this morning and it downloaded fine.  Must have been a problem with their servers.
