I'm certain that these OS changes are forced directly onto the older phones to cause them to ultimately fail. Why else force the phones to accept them and not give us the choice to reject it. Sadly, Verizon is complicit in this because they allow Samsung to do this over their network. Both companies benefit because customer dissatisfaction with phone performance guarantees future purchases.

We want to do everything possible to get your phone working like new Chris_H. How long ago did you start having these issues with the apps closing? How often do they close per day?
