Have you uninstalled/re-installed the app?  Maybe submit feedback to the developers of the app?  When it does open, does it work properly?

Hello, DID_S. This can be caused by many factors, such as your cellular connection, how much available store you have (Helps to have 1-2 GBs of free space), having too many apps open at the same time, etc. We would recommend closing all of your open apps, and then do a Reset Network Settings if no improvement was made by the first step.
