I had several voicemails I'd been saving as they had very sentimental messages. I went to listen to them recently and they were missing. It's there a way to retrieve them? I use Visual Voicemail on an S7 Edge.
Hello, Sunny19692000. We know how important messages that we have stored are, and we want to do everything in our hands to help. Voicemail messages are stored and will not be deleted on their own. Have you tried dialing *86 to see if you are able to listen to these voicemails? DavidR_VZW
