Mobile hotspot not working

Just purchased Samsung S 10e mobile hotspot message says I need to subscribe to the service.  All the new Motorola devices I purchased everything works flawlessly out of the box.  I have the unlimited everything plan.

It is important that you are able to use Mobile Hotspot. What device did you have on the line previously? What plan are you on?
