My Verizon Widget on line under Prepaid Plan that is not the primary line

Hello, my wife upgraded her phone to a Galaxy S20 plus 5G (the phone is unlocked). She downloaded the My Verizon app and installed the Widget on the homepage. It says "tap to activate". I do this, I login with my credentials (I'm the account holder on a prepaid account; her line is under my login with her own data plan), but I can't find a way to default the data usage shown on the Widget to her data plan; I want to be able to show her data usage on her phone on the Widget icon.

In addition, even after logging in, the icon still says "tap to activate"; it never shows data usage.

Request assistance in resolving this.
