Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. My Verizon Widget on line under Prepaid Plan that is not the primary line

Hello, my wife upgraded her phone to a Galaxy S20 plus 5G (the phone is unlocked). She downloaded the My Verizon app and installed the Widget on the homepage. It says "tap to activate". I do this, I login with my credentials (I'm the account holder on a prepaid account; her line is under my login with her own data plan), but I can't find a way to default the data usage shown on the Widget to her data plan; I want to be able to show her data usage on her phone on the Widget icon.

In addition, even after logging in, the icon still says "tap to activate"; it never shows data usage.

Request assistance in resolving this.
