My music is locked in the cloud!!

My manufacturer replacement s6 edge is not allowing me to use my legally purchased music from amazon as a ringtone.  [Removed]  my last one did.  now it is defaulting to the cloud and has my music locked up in there.  is there a way to change my default internal storage to bypass the stupid cloud (which BTW I pay for too!!)  tell me how to use MY MUSIC as  ringtones on my phone and I'll be happy.  thanks
