So whenever i try to watch live video it tells me i have to login / auth. So when i do that, It sits there. I get a text saying "Unable to process your message, please try again later."
What is going on here? I hate missing the games.

I'm getting the exact same thing with my phone. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, using WiFi, using mobile data, clearing data on the App. Short of performing a master reset, I haven't found a way to get this to work.
Same thing here. I called support (because it told me to call when one of the failures happened) and they weren't able to help. I've gotten both the 412 and 500 errors. I'm on a Droid Razr M.
OK that was terrible advice. When I press 1 for an account issue, and then press 1 because I'm a Verizon customer, it directs me to call Verizon. Which I've already done.
