I purchased a S22 last Saturday online. When I chose the phone on my account I picked the wrong phone. I have 2 S20's cosmic gray on my account. I need to switch to the other S20 on my account. Both are the same phone. Chat has been no help. Anyone here from Verizon that can help me?
Also when I track the order on Fedex, they only show that the label was created. But phone has been accepted or shipped. It is suppose to come in today.
