Network not working after Android 12 update

I have a Galaxy S10 and just installed the Android 12 update on 5/3/2022. Since then, you cannot use the network to connect to the internet, only wifi. And when you try to restart your phone, it will take no less the 4 restarts to get it back up to the home screen!!! 

Anyone else experiencing similar issues with any Android phone?
