I just got an S8 yesterday. When people call on phone it rings and says Unavailable then goes to voice mail. When I try and touch the green receiver button, nothing happens. HELP PLEASE! Is it something in the settings someplace?

Boot the device into safe mode. If you don't have the issue then it is a 3rd party app.
