***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. New phone waiting

You get pushed to get a new phone and upgrade, Now waiting over a month for mine and my husband's new phones 6/19 not being mailed until 7/21 and still get charged for the 5G plan even through I do not have tyhe phones yet. What the heck???????

Covid is been around since March of last year. It hasn't really gotten any better. Shortages still exist, you know.

Why did you have to upgrade?  You don't have to buy phones directly from verizon.  I buy our phones at best buy.  Be lucky you didn't get messed with by AT&T.  Friend has an unlocked LG G6 working perfectly fine.  She got notice it won't be compatible on AT&T anymore, called and was told same.  Her particular model is being phased out when they get rid of 3g, no clue why.   They will nicely ship her a so called compatible phone free for the inconvience.   Her 3 free choices are a flip phone, an android AT&T Radiant Core (retails for $29.9 and the third’s an IPhone SE.  If she doesn't like those she is free to buy a new smart phone of her choice.
