Cannot make calls since Saturday Morning in Sun City, AZ. Been through the run around trouble shooting so many times I can repeat it word for word. Anybody else in the Sun City area having issues? Zip Code is 85351.

sounds like you've already done some work, but just to check... have you confirmed it's not any hardware issue by checking with UBreakIFix? reached out to Samsung through their Samsung Members app to see if it's a software issue?
This sort of issue normally would be carrier's issue, but sometimes it's the manufacturer... sometimes.
If you can, could you check the signal strength in your location?
Additionally, info of your device's model number and the software version would be great
