No phone signal in my house on my Samsung S3

After lengthy discussions and troubleshooting with one of your techs, I still do not have a phone signal in my house on my Samsung S3. The tech was supposed to send me a text of her direct number but I never received it.

Works okay outdoors. Verizon tech said they would assist but issue not resolved. WiFi and apps work well but I got the S3 to use as a phone! My wife's iphone works fine. Verizon will not switch phones or give me a signal amp (will sell one for $200). How can I fix the S3 signal problem?
