Hello - 

I am having an issue receiving texts from one of my contacts. I have:

 - Removed and re-added the contact

 - Cleared the Cache on my Message+ app

 - Cleared the Cache on my Contacts

 - Restarted the phone

 - Removed Message+

 - Reinstalled Message+ (and now it's not on my home screen :</ )

 None of the above worked. Now what?

Maybe the senders phone is the problem. Have him/her do the same thing to their phone as you did with yours. Could help.

We know that you are unable to send messages to this specific contact. Are you able to send messages to that contact?

If your messages to this contact are processed correctly and you see a sent notification for those messages on your phone, does your contact receive your messages?

Has your contact checked for any text messaging restrictions on his/her end?

Have the sender do the same or tell them to use another app since the problem is on their end
