Since switching to verizon prepaid I am not receiving voicemail notifications. My settings are set to "on" position for notifications. I have an unlocked galaxy 9s for 2 years now and had no issues when I was with at&t. I can access voicemail from *86 , but the icon does not pop up informing me that a voicemail is in the mailbox.
We understand how that can be confusing, Andrew032. On our prepaid services, Visual Voicemail is not support at this point of time. Only basic voicemail is available. You should still be receiving notification of voicemails on your primary notification screen. Please let us know if this is the case.

I do not receive a notification icon in my screen. That is the problem.
I can see how that would be a problem. Have you done any troubleshooting like turning your device off and on again?
