My S8+ was updated to Oreo about a week ago. I lost all my sound settings and notifications. I reset everything and it disappeared again. Then I discovered I can't attach pictures to emails or message+. Today I discovered that verizon cloud is not working and I can't backup anything. Verizon support tried to fix it and couldn't. It was referred to Network Repair and I am waiting to be contacted by them which might take several days! My Sam. Gallery and Google Photos are all mixed up. I know I have lost at least one picture. Tech support tried to help me move all my pictures to SD card and that wouldn't work.. Apparently Samsung has not provided any help on how to fix all of the problems the oreo update is causing. Has anyone had success getting problems fixed?
