Outlook (Microsoft Exchange) Stops Syncing to Samsung S7 - Frequently

It seems about every two weeks or so I have to delete my outlook (Microsoft Exchange) email from phone (Samsung S7) and re-add - sometimes works after i perform this task. It quits syncing to phone. Once i delete/reinstall the email messages will download to phone up to current time of when it is reinstalled - but, won't allow to send/receive after that moment. Normally takes one to two days to "fix" itself. Is there a reason for the constant problems?
