Just paid service two days ago and sim card says disconnected, wha?!?
Phillipenglish, we always want you to have the service that you need. Let's work to get to the bottom of this error. Has there been any physical or liquid damage to the phone? Do you recall adding any new apps, games or software recently? What make and model phone is this? Have you attempted to power off and reinsert the SIM card?
