I have a galaxy S9+ that will go dark for hours and will not charge all the way, called Verizon they stated its an insirance issue, call the insurance they stated it covered under my total protection plan. All I am getting is the runaround. Plus the finger print scan will not work. Need help getting a new phone.
pfcurry1, I am sad to hear that your device is not working properly. I know how important your device is to you. If there is no physical damage and you are still inside the warranty period or you have the extended warranty that comes with the device protection, then you can get a replacement at no charge. If there is physical damage then you would need to file a claim and pay the deductible to get the replacement. Does this help clear up things for you?
