I have been having very poor phone calls in the last three to four weeks.
When I am on the phone and the other person is talking I continually miss about every third or fourth word. I have even had calls just drop. It doesn't seem to matter if I am on 5G or WIFI, at home or in my vehicle, and dose not happen with every call. Very frustrating when I have to continually ask the other person to repeat themselves....

We definitely want to make sure you can stay connected with quality audio calls! I can help troubleshoot. What model is your Samsung device? If you hang up and call back does the next call usually sound ok or still at random?
