Anyone else having issues with predictive text when using swipe on Message+? Before the latest firmware update, my phone would rarely miss the words I was trying to type. The predictive text is so far off and it wiped my whole dictionary when I updated. This was after my phone got stuck in an update-loop and I had to reset 3 times.

The last thing we want is to cause additional frustration, bburns525. Having this application work as it should is our top priority. If your application is up to date, let's have you delete the application and reinstall it fresh. That can allow the application to load without all the glitches that you're experiencing now. It's important to be able to text efficiently from your Message + app, bburns525. You mentioned your dictionary is no longer in the Message + app. What other trouble are you experiencing when trying to use Message +? I'm missing my dictionary and my swipe to text is no longer accurate. It
suggests random words that don't even make sense. This only happened after
the latest update. Also, your hyperlink leads to an error page. My app is
up to date.

I swipe "going" and predictive text suggests gong and hong? What the heck
is that? Why would I ever say, Where are you gong today?

If that's the case then why would your CSR ask me a bunch of questions? Are
these rhetorical questions? Are they questions meant to stoke my
frustration? Why on Earth would you guys include the option of replying to
the email if this was a primarily peer to peer forum, that in which you
cannot receive a reply from the first CSR?

What does this even mean? Why would anything be reset? I updated my phone
and the whole app is botched! Your update put my phone in a boot loop and
it did the security update 4 times before realizing it was the same update
I had already wasted time installing! Why even have firmware updates when
all they do is mess up the functionality of the phone? Your "Customer
Service Representative" never answered my previous questions? Why ask
questions if I'm passed off to some other individual?

I would try the following, in the following order. If proper prediction is not restored, try the next.
1). Uninstall Swype Keyboard. Re-install Swype keyboard.
2). Uninstall Message+ or uninstall previous updates, and re-Install if you can.
3). Perform an App Cache Clear of all apps. Part 1 of the following article.

4). Perform a System Cache Clear. Part 2 of the above article.
5). Backup your important content to a PC. Perform a Factory Data Reset. Re-install Swype keyboard. Set Message+ to be your default SMS app.
