You may want to try updating the apps so they're more optimized for your current software. Here are a few other possible solutions you may want to run through:

1. Clear cached data for your apps

- Settings > Storage > Cached data > Clear

2.  Clear system cache

- a. Power off the phone

- b. Press and hold Power, Home, and Volume Up buttons at the same time.

- c. Release buttons once "Recovery Booting" appears on the screen.

- d. Use Volume Down button to select "Wipe Cache Partititon"

- e. Press Power button to select

- e. Use Volume Down button to select "Yes"

- f. Press Power button to select

- g. After confirmation message appears at bottom of the screen, use Power button to select "Reboot system now."

3. Boot phone into Safe Mode

- a. With phone on, hold Power button until the pwoer off menu appears.

- b. Press and hold on the "Power Off" option on the scree until a Safe Mode prompt appears.

- c. Tap Restart

- d. Once in Safe Mode, see if the behavior is still present. If it is no longer occuring, you probably have some app causing the problem that you may need to uninstall/re-install.

4. Factory data reset

- Always the last ditch effort if you start having problems with your phone. if anything went wrong with the system update, this should correct it. Make sur eyou back up to Verizon Cloud, Google, or a personal computer so you won't lose anything you need, since this completely erases your phone. Also, if you have Backup enabled in the "Backup and reset" menu on your phone, then before doing the reset, make sure you have the password for your Backup Account listed on that screen.

- Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset
