Problems with Galaxy S3 after latest January software upgrade.

After the lastest upgrade to my galaxys3 aprox 2 days ago have noticed a memo to call a customer in June popped up on my phone. is hard to swipe from locked screen,battery drain is much faster than what it used to be, my data usage is way up from normal( about 40% in 9 days), application (podcast) came back on after shutting it off but phone didn't recognize as on, had to restart phone to turn it off, wifi will not release a wifi hotspot. Applications on my lock screen i didn't ask for interefering with swipe. What does Verizon plan on doing about these problems?Can I go back to the previuos version antil these problems are resolved?
